The Arkansas Home Visiting Region 5 Training hosted a meeting that consisted of the HIPPY and PAT programs of South-South West Arkansas. Christy Nance (HIPPY Coordinator), along with her four home-based educators, were in attendance. This meeting focused on the well-being of teachers and educators and the impact it has on students and families. The Arkansas State Parenting Program invited area Local Leads to attend this meeting. Container gardening is an easier way to help senior adults have access to fresh vegetables as well as beautiful flowers.
