Using AI tools, participants will craft DOK-aligned questions tailored to their content standards, unlocking innovative ways to challenge and engage students. The session also incorporates ATLAS Achievement Level Descriptions to elevate instructional rigor. With the threat of severe weather on Wednesday and Thursday, the STEM Challenge at DMESC is being rescheduled.

People worldwide come together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. March 21 is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Socks were chosen because the karyotype of Down syndrome chromosomes actually looks like mismatched socks!
