The DeQueen-Mena Education Service Cooperative (DMESC) ABC Early Childhood Program is currently seeking qualified Paraprofessionals to serve in the Cossatot River, Ashdown, Dierks, Foreman, and Mineral Springs areas.

Applicants must successfully pass required background checks. Preferred qualifications include a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or at least 12 hours in relation to Early Childhood, completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or a passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in working with young children and supporting early childhood development.
