This workshop introduced common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and taught a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. #thinkcoop1st

ArPEP Year 1 teachers received training on parent communication during the Meddling Mamas and Prying Papas professional development session The session was led by Lea Myers of the Willing Ways group. Teachers learned about various parenting styles and ways to build positive two-way communication with parents.
