Earlier this week, Allison Mears, helped Foreman High School develop three components of their school’s positive behavior system. The teachers were able to create a behavior matrix, discipline flowchart, and immediate rewards and recognition system using the Tiered Fidelity Inventory as a guide.
Developing schoolwide behavior supports can be an overwhelming task but the Arkansas Behavior Support Specialists can help facilitate the process in your building. Kudos to this building for being so proactive!
