The DMESC ABC Early Childhood Program is searching for the following positions in different locations:
Paraprofessional needed in the Dierks area
Applicant must have an AA in Early Childhood or a CDA, with the ability to obtain an AA within 1-2 years. Applicants must pass background checks, provide references, work well in a team, enjoy working with children, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Paraprofessional needed in the Ashdown and Foreman areas

Amy Montgomery joined Mena educators in celebrating a significant milestone at the Arkansas State Capitol, where three apprentice teachers—Jamie Grogan, LaShea Holder, and Stacy Green—were honored at the Educator Commitment Signing Day Celebration. They are the first graduates of the Mena Public Schools REACH program to receive their elementary education licenses. Their hard work and passion for teaching have set a positive precedent for future apprentices. The event featured remarks from Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Commissioner of Education Jacob Oliva, highlighting the crucial role of educators in Arkansas.

HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) Home Based Educator job available. Individuals must have a high school diploma, have a current CDA or be willing to obtain a CDA, must pass a background check.
